This unified platform aims to enhance user experience and operational efficiency for both healthcare providers and patients alike.

The healthcare system is fragmented, with patients needing to access different platforms and websites to manage their appointments, history, and recommendations from multiple clinics and hospitals. Similarly, hospitals face difficulties in managing appointments, patient records, and feedback using outdated systems.

  • Existing platforms either serve one side of the equation (patients or hospitals), making it inefficient for both users.
